Born in Poland, raised in the US, built a career in Latin America and now living in Munich (Germany) Beata has a passion for empowering others to be able to talk about their achievements. Having worked at Google for 7 years, she used to struggle in talking about herself in front of others and suffered from intense imposter syndrome. After delivering the #IamRemarkable workshop to over 250 individuals from diverse backgrounds, making others feel more confident has become a driving force for her and has helped her overcome her anxieties.
Apart from her role at Google working as Product Operations Manager for Google Pay, Shopping and Travel, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids exploring the Alps located near their homebase. Prior to working at Google, she worked in the non-profit world, as well as in US politics. Her first real-world job was working on the Obama campaign in 2008 as a field ops coordinator in Vermont and her cool story to share is meeting Barack Obama not once, but twice.
