Biography
Emilio Doménech (@Nanisimo) studied in Madrid and Boston before moving to New York City, where he covered the Covid pandemic, the George Floyd Protests and two presidential elections for media outlets like El País, Newtral and laSexta, one of Spain's most relevant news TV stations.
Emilio has focused his work on new media formats, specially TikTok and Twitch. His streams on Newtral about the US Election 2020, the January 6th Capitol attack, or the start of the war in Ukraine have been watched by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, leading Newtral to become the first Spanish-speaking media outlet reporting on Twitch.
