Biography
Erika Marzano is a Project Manager in Deutsche Welle's Audience Development Team in Bonn. She supports the editorial teams in developing a social media strategy on Twitter and TikTok, in engaging audiences online via community management and piloting Gen Z formats on Snapchat and Pinterest. Erika started her career as a communications officer and social media manager for European NGOs. She holds a Master’s Degree in European Studies & a Bachelor’s in Modern Languages and Translation Studies.
