Biography
Konstantina is the managing director of the NGO Neue deutsche Medienmacher*innen (‘new German media media professionals, NdM), a nationwide network of journalists aiming at increasing the diversity of editorial offices in Germany as well as Germany’s media coverage. She worked as a radio and TV journalist for 25 years. At NdM, she develops and coordinates projects in order to promote diversity in media and more differentiated reporting. Additionally, she is a speaker and consultant, offering seminars on anti-discriminatory reporting for journalists.
