Biography
Mark is an RFE/RL reporter and an investigative journalist specialized in OSINT and HUMINT. Since 2003 Mark has worked in Moscow and Prague RFE/RL bureaus focusing on Russia-Ukraine relations, Russian military and intelligence activities and corruption among high-ranked Russian officials.
