Günter Bartsch is managing director of Netzwerk Recherche, die German association of investigative journalists. 1999–2002 editorial traineeship at Allgäuer Zeitung/Augsburger Allgemeine, then editor. 2002–08 study of politicial science in Ausgburg and Berlin, meanwhile and afterwards freelance journalist.
