Colm is a digital media specialist with over 10 years experience within the industry. Passionate for and with a proven track record of driving real return on investment for digital suppliers while helping to redefine media organisations digital strategies. Colm has worked with global newsrooms throughout his career from the Financial Times, the International Herald Tribune to The New York Times before joining the world of media start-ups, firstly with the Global Editors Network and currently with Storyful – the world’s first social media newsroom – discovering, verifying, acquiring and delivering the most engaging content across the world. Colm’s role as Director of Business Development is to work with newsrooms, agencies and brands to help redefine their digital strategies and put engaging video, trusted people behind the camera and real-time digital communities at the core of what they want to achieve. Currently Based in Dublin after 6 years in Paris. Born and raised in Ireland, Colm graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in International Business and Marketing.
