Paul is Head of Audience for Johnston Press South of England. He is responsible for the Digital Transformation of 70 local and regional titles across 20 counties. Having worked for Johnston Press for well over a decade he's seen the business transform from a newspaper publisher into a multimedia company. Having been a regional newspaper editor before taking on a senior role in JP's Digital Team he has a unique insight into as to how Digital and Print coexist and thrive in a modern newsroom. After years of working with the NCTJ and universities across the UK, he also plays a role in Johnston Press' training department and is passionate about developing the next generation of multimedia journalists.
