Edina has been working at Google for more than 6 years as a Country Director for Hungary. Before Google, Edina has been managing companies in media, and the music recording business with full P&L responsibility. She ran an American owned radio station which was the biggest commercial radio station in Hungary with the most successful morning show. She spent the beginning of her career in advertising at global advertising firms like Ogilvy and Mather and McCann-Erickson, developing communication strategies for big blue chip and CPG clients. She has her MBA from INSEAD and has 2 kids. Over the past years, Edina has been serving on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce and recently on the Board of the Budapest Festival Orchestra. In addition to her country leadership role, she is leading Google’s women volunteering organisation in the EMEA region for the past 2 years.
