Biography
Isa Sonnenfeld leads the Google News Lab for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. In her role she works with publishers, journalists, and media startups to drive innovation in media, focussing on data-driven storytelling and experimentation in fields of Virtual Reality. Before joining Google in October 2015, she was Head of News, Government & Politics at Twitter Germany for 4 years. She has considerable experience in PR and the startups world. Last year, Isa Sonnenfeld also founded #rolemodels, a series of events to connect women in leading positions with the Berlin tech community.
