Jarosław Włodarczyk is the Secretary General of the International Association of Press Clubs (IAPC) and chairman of Press Club Polska. Mr. Wlodarczyk specializes in journalism, media and communication. Graduated with a journalism and political sciences degree from University of Warsaw and a communication program at University of Toronto. Member of boards of various journalism awards. Free speech and journalism activist.
He started his career as a reporter in TVP (public television) after 1989 political system changes in Poland. As an expert, he was i.a. advisor to Polish Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek, Polish National Bar Association, National Centre for Culture, author of over 50 communication strategies for government, NGOs and private institutions and originator of public campaigns.
